If i did high internsity running(interval training) for the next 3 months every day will i lose alot of weight?

if i do intense interval training for 25 minuites 5x a week until september first, and do a well balanced diet.. not a low carb diet( take in 1800 calories a day, drink only water, how much weight can i lose by september doin this regimen. I am a 23 year old guy about 5 11" 200 pounds
