What's up with Bilbo O'Liely saying Jessie Davis had it coming because she made bad choices?

Bilbo is a scam,,he talks about morality and righteousness while haring married women. He is a scam,,plain and simple. Jessie Davis was the innocent victim of a violent act. So was her baby. Shame on Bilbo for saying such a ridiculous statement at a time when Davis’s family is experiencing a great loss. Way out of line!
