Unbelievable kids who won't leave our lawn alone!?

I bet I sound like those ancient grouchy guys who yell at you for getting on his property, but this is ridiculous. We have these new neighbors. They don't speak english at all so I try to be nice to them because they're in a new country and everything. I don't know why, but they have the tendency to somehow attract freaking half the mexican children who live in my neighborhood. I honestly would not care...if they stopped running on our lawn, on our flora, and actually respected us! Yeah, I'm only sixteen. So when I'm walking home from school, and this kids are on MY lawn, they glare at me for "ruining" their fun. I haven't seen snow in about 5 years. They completely wrecked my frontyard stole my SNOWMAN (what?!). It would be hysterically funny, but now it's really annoying. I'm a minority too, so the adult neighbors, who I thought would be mature enough to hear my story, completely ignore me. Money is tight, so my parents can't afford a fence. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you!
