Thank you Nipsy, everytime I say it, people call me a tool. I know I am a tool. He takes games, shifts and plays off. When his team gets in trouble, he doesnt lead by example, he takes stupid penalties out of frustration.. He could be so much more, if he just changed some things. Joe is Joe's biggest threat.
