Why do people not realize that racism, ism, and religious persecution go more ways than one?

It seems on this website people are so sure that only whites can be racist, only men can be ist, and only Christians hate other beliefs. But I've only seen questions attacking whites, males, and Christians. Why is this? I say hypocrisy.
