Plz help:I have a problem! I 'd appreciate ur response!?

I have a problem of that right after urination, drops of urine come out even after finishing and closing pant. I have done urine test and ultra sound of all concerned parts including prostrate and bladder but all +ve results...on recommendation of a urologist...i have eaten Aspaslar neo, genurin Forte, syraprim and Detrisutol...But still no recovery....Plz tell why it is ...what is the cause ...what should I do!!! Have u met certain causes
