Found eggs in my tank in stripe of slime about 5mm wide on hard surface. Are these mountain minnow or snail?

The eggs are on the clear plastic air tube and appear to be grey, but this hard to determine accurately. They are a clear jelly. I wonder whether these are the responsibility of the rogue snail (oh no!) or could they belong to the White Cloud Mountain Minnows??!!
