Hit a curb on ice, hubcap bent, now steering wheel wobbles?

So im wondering, i hit a curb after i hit some black ice. The car started to wobble quite a bit when i went over 50. after i had a look at the tire, it was still inflated, but the plastic hubcap was pretty bent up. could that cause my steering wheel to wobble/shake?
