Making a girly ghost costume?

My 4 year old daughter wants to be a ghost for halloween. I was thinking in stead of the traditional sheet (boring) I could do something else. I was going to sew ger a ballerina Tutu but instead of it being in bright colors, I would make it black and white. I would make it very tattered and torn. now I need your help what else could i do so it wouldn't be scary, just really cute
