Penalty for diving or other infractions?

If the game officials fail to catch diving or playacting during the game, then post-game video should be used to identify cheaters. Penalties should start with a hefty fine and a 2 game suspension for a first offender. A second offence should be punished with the fine being doubled along with a similar fine for the player's club and a 5 game suspension. If the player is stupid enough to be caught again, the fine triples for both player and club and the he sits out the next 20 games. This would soon put a stop to a disease that is all too prevalent in the sport today.
