Question about hurting arm from playing baseball. Need help from other 14 year olds.?
Okay, I'm currently in the middle of surgery, operating on an arm from a pitcher, damaged during a game. I really need help on this extended Brachioplasty. I have the standard t-shape incision that extends from the axilla to the elbow and started using the Ashurf technique but midway through surgery, I've started thinking that perhaps the Borland graff technique might be more practical. Sure, it requires more clamps and there's a bigger chance of clotting and I've never been good with a Pre-looped Intracorporeal Knot, and the possibilities of infection, hematoma, and seromas make me a little nervous, yet the end result could be better or if I go the Fantorgous lateral procedure, it could create issues down the road with the Infraspinatus and teres minor swelling that could require more surgery. Do you think I'm using the apropos technique for this particular surgery?
