Someone is doing burnouts late at night and the police won't come when i call, what can i do about it?

these burnouts are happening late at night,and only on the weekends, one week at 2am and the next at 1am.I've spoke to the sherriff and he said they'd sent someone out to talk to the neighbors but i have yet to see any cops.
