Who is more dangerous Frieza or Lord Voldemort?

Frieza because he has a destroyed planet on his record, Voldemort could have all the murder he wants but he still doesn't compare to Frieza in any way. After all Frieza enslaved many planets having their planets ravaged and depleted of their resources and he would send soldiers and saiyans to exterminate all the creatures on many planets and he would even destroy a few himself. Voldemort killed some people with and without magic.
